Soto Ready Mix, Inc., has resubmitted for a air quality permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to operate a concrete batch plant at 3411 De Soto Street, Houston TX. Soto Ready Mix, Inc., first permit (#149713) was denied due to incompliance with a permit standard.
The new permit, #151715, if approved, will allow Soto Ready Mix, Inc., to operate the same type of facility at the same location as the previous application.
TCEQ considers all public comments in developing a final decision on an application. The public is able to provide their comment regarding this proposed concrete batch plant four ways:
